Candidates applying for the job position would have at least 5-7 years experience of which the last 2 years would be in a managerial position, preferably in the BPO industry. He/she would be have excellent communication skills, high energy levels and manage teams of 120 - 150 members. Experience in technical support or customer service environment is essential.
